You retain all rights to content you create and stream through the Service. However, by streaming content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to stream all content you broadcast through the Service.

5. Enforcement Policy

We take violations of these Terms seriously and enforce them through a graduated system designed to be fair while protecting our community.

5.1 Enforcement Actions

When a violation occurs, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Warning: A written notice explaining the violation and required corrective action. Warnings remain on your account record.
  • Probation: Temporary restrictions on account features, which may include limits on streaming, monetization, or chat participation.
  • Suspension: Permanent termination of your account and access to the Service.

5.2 Repeat Violations

We use a progressive enforcement approach for repeat violators:

  • First violation: Typically results in a warning, with content removal if applicable.
  • Second violation: May result in probation with restricted account features.
  • Third violation: May result in permanent account suspension.

The severity and nature of violations are considered when determining appropriate action. Multiple minor violations or a pattern of problematic behavior may result in escalated enforcement.

5.3 Immediate Suspension

Certain severe violations may result in immediate account suspension without prior warning, including but not limited to:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation of minors
  • Credible threats of violence
  • Terrorism or violent extremism
  • Doxxing or malicious exposure of private information
  • Fraud or illegal financial activity

5.4 Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, you may appeal by contacting [email protected]. Appeals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions are final.

Upon suspension, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability
