We use Stripe to process all payments. When you make a purchase or set up billing:

  • We store: Stripe customer IDs, subscription IDs, and transaction references.
  • We do NOT store: Credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive payment information. This data is handled directly by Stripe.

2.4 Usage Information

We automatically collect certain information about how you use the Service:

  • Streaming metrics: Aggregate viewer counts and stream duration for billing and analytics. We do not track individual viewer behavior or viewing history—only total counts visible to the channel owner.
