Live streaming with payments built in.

Slush is a hosted channel page with live video (one to two seconds behind, sub-second mode available), chat, tickets, and subscriptions — no ads, no algorithm, no other channels. Slush takes 10% plus $0.08 per hour watched.

First month free on your first channel (up to 250 watch hours). No contracts. No setup fees.

Live streaming only — no recordings or replays.

Six businesses. One problem.

If any of these sound like you, keep reading.

The musician

“Seventy people watched my album-release stream. Nine tipped. At a house concert, seventy people is $700 at the door.”

The studio owner

“Members who moved away told me they'd have kept paying — if class online didn't feel like a work meeting.”

The live seller

“Four thousand followers on the app, and I can't reach one of them off it. I'm renting my own audience back.”

The tutor

“Twelve students pay me for Tuesday-night conversation practice. On a meeting app they're twelve muted squares, and I'm still chasing invoices.”

The host

“I sold 60 tickets and watched 90 people join. The link gets forwarded every single time.”

The auctioneer

“My online bidders run 20 seconds behind the room. He swears he bid before the hammer fell.”

A stage gets you seen. A venue gets you paid.

Free platforms are stages: anyone can watch, nobody has to pay, and the ads and the algorithm work for the platform. Meeting tools are conference rooms: there's a door, but nobody pays a premium to sit in one. A venue is different. A venue has:

🎪

A marquee

slush.video/@your-name. Your name on the door - no ads, no recommended videos, no other channels pulling your audience next door.

🎟

A box office

Tickets for one-night events, subscriptions for regulars, or both. You set the prices, you keep 90%, and payouts arrive through Stripe in days.

The same room

One to two seconds behind live, with a sub-second mode when timing is the product - not a 20-second delay. The laugh lands when the joke does, the bid counts when the hammer falls, the question gets answered mid-class.

👥

Regulars

Your audience gets a place to come back to between events - and it stays yours. Slush never points your viewers at somebody else's channel.

Set up in an evening, not an IT project

1

Claim your page

Pick your name: slush.video/@your-name. That's the link on your posters, your invoices, your bio.

2

Set the door price

Make any stream free, ticketed, or subscribers-only. A $12 snow-day class, a $15 comedy night, an $8/month front-row membership — your call, per stream.

3

Go live

From your browser, OBS, or any WHIP-compatible encoder. Your audience clicks one link and they're in — phones, tablets, laptops, no app to download.

Pricing in dollars, not spreadsheets

$0.08 per hour watched. $19 monthly minimum, which covers your first 250 viewer-hours. 10% of what you sell. That's the whole price list — here's what real nights cost at the metered rate:

Tuesday-night yoga class 15 viewers × 1 hour $1.20 Ticketed comedy show 80 viewers × 90 minutes $9.60 Equipment-auction simulcast 90 viewers × 5 hours $36

And that comedy show? 80 tickets at $15 grossed $1,200. You keep $1,080 — and the $19 minimum already covered the delivery.

Who Slush is for — honestly

Slush has no algorithm and no browse page. You bring the audience; we give it a home. That's perfect for some businesses and wrong for others.

A great fit if you…
  • Already have an audience — fans, members, clients, bidders — in your email list, your socials, or your front desk
  • Charge for what you do live, or know you should be able to
  • Run a format where real time is the product: bids, requests, timing, Q&A
  • Want your people on a page with your name on it, not inside an app that owns them
Not a fit if you…
  • Are still building an audience and need an algorithm to get discovered
  • Earn mainly from ads on a large, mostly-free audience
  • Need a video-on-demand library — Slush is live-only
  • Need built-in product checkout or auction clerking — keep those tools and run Slush alongside as the video-and-door layer

Not sure? Email us what you do — [email protected] — and we'll tell you straight whether Slush fits.

Common questions

Do my viewers need to install anything?

No app, ever — streams play in any modern browser on phones, tablets, and laptops. Watching is clicking your link. Buying a ticket or subscribing takes an email address and a card, and they're in.

I'm not technical. What do I actually need to go live?

A laptop or phone with a camera and a browser is enough. If you already produce with OBS or a WHIP-compatible encoder, point it at Slush and go.

Will there be ads or other channels next to my stream?

No. Your page shows your stream, your chat, and nothing else. No ads, no recommendations, no algorithm deciding who sees you.

What does a stream actually cost me, in dollars?

Viewers × hours × $0.08. Thirty people for two hours is $4.80. The $19 monthly minimum covers your first 250 viewer-hours each month: a weekly two-hour show for 25 people stays inside it, and a nightly one runs past it — 30 people, two hours, five nights a week comes to about $95 a month.

Can I still stream to Twitch, YouTube, or Kick at the same time?

Yes. Slush forwards your stream via RTMP wherever you want. Keep the platforms for reach — give the people who pay you the real-time stream and the door.

Does Slush replace my scheduling, clerking, or checkout software?

No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Slush is the venue: the video, the chat, the tickets, the subscriptions. Keep your scheduling system, auction console, or store, and run Slush alongside them.

What about recordings?

Slush is live-only — we don't store recordings. The live room is the product; keep YouTube for your archive.

What if I only stream part of the year?

There's no contract. Cancel for the off-season and come back for the busy one — no cancellation fees, no setup fees when you return.
